Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit is due today to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the same card 60 days before check-in. You will receive a reminder email 15 days before the balance is due.

$500 Security Deposit
A $500 authorization hold will be placed on your card 3 days before check-in. This is not a charge — it releases automatically within 7 days of check-out if there are no damages.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancel 60+ days before check-in: full refund of both payments minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancel 30–59 days before check-in: 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancel less than 30 days before check-in: no refund.
