In peak summer, dogs are restricted from guarded town beaches between roughly 9am and 5pm. Early mornings and evenings are fair game at most beaches — we will tell you exactly where to go and when for your specific dates.

Are all your Cape Cod rentals really pet-friendly?
Yes — every one of our eight homes in Dennis and Chatham welcomes dogs. There are no hidden no-pet clauses. Just add the one-time pet fee when you book.
Is there a weight or breed limit?
No weight limits and no breed restrictions. We simply ask that dogs are house-trained and not left unattended in the home for long stretches.
How much is the pet fee?
It is a flat, one-time fee per stay that covers the extra cleaning, and it varies slightly by home. You will see the exact amount at checkout when you book direct.
Can my dog go to the beach on Cape Cod?
Yes, with seasonal rules. From mid-September through mid-May, dogs are welcome on nearly all town beaches. In summer they are allowed outside guarded hours — generally early morning and evening. We will give you the specifics for your dates.
