Apart from the basement being remarkably colder than the rest of the house, there is not a single criticism. The house was in an accessible location and convenient to beaches and downtown. The kitchen was well appointed. The house was clean and the linens were high quality. The deck, pool, and hot tub were convivial gathering spots for the family. We had a wonderful experience!

We just spent a week at the Walk2Beach house in Chatham. The house was excellent. It has a modern, bright, open layout. The outdoor spaces and pool were a hit with the whole family. The location was great and very close to all the action on Main Street in Chatham.

We rented this lovely home for a week through the July Fourth holiday as a birthday celebration for me with my family consisting of six adults and my five grandchildren. We all agreed that the house was fantastic, as everyone was very comfortable with their rooms and ample space to accommodate eleven people, as well as my small service dog, who loved running off leash in the large fenced-in yard. We all enjoyed the pool, complete with floats and toys, and the hot tub to soothe our old bones. There was so much to do, unfortunately, we didn't have the time to do everything the house offered in one week. I guess the only downside was the proximity to the beach, as we had to use one vehicle to bring the beach chairs, etc, supplied by the rental property and ride bikes back and forth. Parking permits are available at the lot for a reasonable price of $20.00 per day or $75.00 per week. Life is short, so if you can afford it, just do it!

This place was great for a friends trip on the Cape! It was super spacious, newly renovated, and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, and the house was super clean. We loved the huge living spaces and kitchen, and the location was great. There were a few small things with it being freshly updated that we experienced (the lights in a few rooms didn't turn on), but nothing that hindered the overall experience. The host was super responsive though and offered to check on it all.
