We had a wonderful week with our family at this house. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill to cook out a few times. The house also had beach towels, beach chairs and bikes - which were great as we often biked to the beach, We used the outdoor space quite a bit and enjoyed sitting out by the fire table after dinner. When we had a question or needed something, the host was very responsive. Great place!

We loved our stay at this property. The home is charming, well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. We have a large family and there was ample space, and we never ran out of hot water for showers. The outdoor dining and patio furniture was on point. We enjoyed starting every morning our with our coffee on the deck and ending the day with outdoor family dinners. The walk to the beach is easy and .50 mile to one of our favorite beaches in West Dennis. I highly recommend this home; it is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fully fenced back yard. Communication with the property owner was timely and they answered all of my questions. My family looks forward to staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing week on the Cape at this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our whole family, plenty of space, super comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The sunroom was a great spot for morning coffee and evening chats, and the game table was a great bonus, we spent hours doing puzzles there, which became one of our favorite activities during the week. We loved ending the days relaxing in the hot tub and or gathering around the fire table on the deck with the cute patio bistro lights, which made for the perfect way to unwind after beach days. We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs — they loved it as much as we did! It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and complete. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family vacations to the cape every year and have stayed in a few different homes, and this was definitely a favorite! The location cannot be beat. We were close to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops in town. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that made for enjoyable morning and evening walks. The house itself was very clean and the five of us had plenty of room between the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub out back, the foosball and pool tables, as well as the outdoor firepit (perfect for roasting marshmallows)!. Above everything, the communication was amazing and response times were immediate. I cannot recommend this home enough. Looking forward to next summer!
